CPTR Tools (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides features that let you upload and publish videos to TikTok using official TikTok APIs. We only collect and process the minimum data required to operate these features.

Data We Collect

• Basic TikTok account information (after you grant permission): open_id, display name, avatar URL — via the user.info.basic scope.
• Content you choose to upload/publish: video files and captions — via the video.upload and video.publish scopes.
• Operational metadata: request logs, timestamps, status codes for reliability and abuse prevention.

How We Use Data

• To upload and publish your videos on TikTok at your request.
• To show basic account info in the product UI after you authorize.
• To maintain security, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with TikTok as required to perform the upload/publish actions you initiate, and with service providers necessary to operate our infrastructure (subject to confidentiality and security obligations).

Retention

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see “Contact”).

Security

We apply industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• You can revoke TikTok permissions at any time in your TikTok account settings.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under the age permitted by local law. Do not use the service if you are not eligible.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
